Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ORI Freight Dispatch. By accessing or using our services, website, or communication platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with ORI Freight Dispatch.

ORI Freight Dispatch operates as an independent dispatch service provider offering administrative support to motor carriers. We do not own trucks, operate as a carrier, or act as a broker. Our primary role is to assist carriers with finding loads, completing required paperwork, communicating with brokers or shippers, and managing dispatch-related administrative tasks. Carriers are responsible for maintaining all legal operating authorities, insurance coverage, equipment, and compliance with state and federal transportation laws.

By signing up for ORI Freight Dispatch services, the carrier authorizes ORI Freight Dispatch to act as their dispatcher, communicating on their behalf to negotiate and secure freight. However, the carrier retains full control over accepting or rejecting any load. ORI Freight Dispatch will never force or compel a carrier to accept a load. All decisions regarding loads, routes, and schedules remain the carrier’s sole responsibility.

Carriers must maintain active motor carrier authority (MC), a valid USDOT number, proof of insurance meeting industry standards, a signed W-9, Notice of Assignment (if applicable), and other required documentation. ORI Freight Dispatch relies on the accuracy of the information provided by the carrier, and it is the carrier’s responsibility to update any expired or changed documents promptly.

ORI Freight Dispatch invoices carriers for dispatch services based on agreed rates outlined in the Dispatch Agreement. ORI Freight Dispatch does not offer or provide factoring services. Carriers must have their own factoring company or handle their own billing. Payment for dispatch services is due according to the terms specified in the agreement. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or termination.

ORI Freight Dispatch offers 24/7 support strictly for emergency purposes. Regular business operations and load management occur during standard business hours unless otherwise stated. ORI Freight Dispatch will not be held liable for delays, equipment failure, weather, or any unforeseen incidents impacting load performance, as those matters are under the carrier’s control.

By continuing to use ORI Freight Dispatch services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. ORI Freight Dispatch reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
